Delivery Options, Delivery Times and Charges: We will dispatch your item the same working day if ordered before 1.00pm or the next working day if ordered after 1.00pm. UK POSTAGE: Delivery is free on all orders over £150 net. A small charge of £8.50 is added to all orders under this for orders on mainland UK. Highlands, Islands and overseas POA. Delivery Terms: Parker Workwear provides a national delivery service via DPD and Tuffnells for our products set out by the website. Parker Workwear cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery that are outside its control such as but not limited to postal strikes and loss in transit. Parker Workwear will provide a tracking number and will send you an email with your tracking number when you have placed the order so you will be able to track your order via tuffnells or DPD. Goods will be sent to you in unbranded plain packaging to facilitate delivery to your work address. Parcels that are not delivered due to recipients being unavailable will be sent to the local sorting office and will be held there for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the parcel will be sent back to us but this can take up to a month to process. Please note, that if we have to re-send the parcel then it will be a new delivery and there will be a further postage and packing charge. It is your responsible to collect your item from the local sorting office.
