Parker Workwear Returns Policy

1.1 The purchaser may return any item bought from the Parker Workwear website within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

1.2.1 Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

1.2.2 Goods that have been customised through the addition of a logo embroidered, or printed.

1.2.3 Goods that have been produced in line with your requirements.

1.2.4 Goods that have been specially sourced for a customer and are not part of the parker Workwear website.

1.2.5 Goods cannot be returned if individual art work has been carried out on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the art work.

1.3 Parker Workwear will not automatically accept a return of goods supplied, if Parker Workwear does agree to accept a return of goods then there will be a handling charge payable by the customer at the time of return based upon 20% of the total invoice price of the goods.

1.4 Acceptance of the returned goods is entirely at our own discretion. Accepting the return of goods is as a result of a failure by Parker Workwear to supply the relevant goods in agreement with the order.

1.5 Returns placed via the website will carry a handling charge equivalent to 20% of the value of the returned item unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty. Return carriage costs will be borne by the customer.

1.6 We aim to uplift unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of the request being made.

1.7 This does not affect your statutory rights.
